The Bringing Baby Home workshop is a research-based program developed by The Gottman Institute to help couples successfully navigate the transition to parenthood. Designed for expecting and new parents, this 12-hour workshop (split between 3 x 4hr consecutive Sundays) provides couples with practical tools to strengthen their relationship, deepen emotional connection, and foster a healthy environment for their growing family. Through engaging exercises and expert guidance, participants learn how to manage conflict, enhance communication, maintain intimacy, and work together as a supportive parenting team. The workshop is offered in-person over three Sundays at the Carnegie-Stout Public Library in Dubuque, IA, and includes all materials for $400 per couple. You may bring your baby to the workshop please note you will be responsible for your baby at this time. Virtual and solo sessions are also available upon request for those with limited availability or unique scheduling needs these do cost more please email or call to inquire. Bringing Baby Home also makes a thoughtful and meaningful baby shower gift. Please note: payments are accepted via cash, check, or Zelle, and refunds are not offered.
