Riley Andrews LMHC & Mama Empower-er Licensed in Iowa + Wisconsin
As a mama of three little ones navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood and life’s many transitions, I’ve found my purpose in walking alongside other mamas on their pregnancy and postpartum journeys. I know firsthand how overwhelming and isolating this season can feel—because I’ve been there too. During my first maternity leave, in the thick of sleepless nights and emotional exhaustion, I had a realization: If I can support other mamas in caring for their mental health and emotional well-being—so they don’t have to feel like I do right now—I might just help their kiddos thrive too. That moment sparked a deep calling in me. I pursued specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International and later became certified in Brainspotting to better support what I lovingly call “Mama Trauma.” Let’s be real—being a mom is hard. Being a mom who’s trying to raise emotionally healthy, resilient little humans while struggling to feel grounded herself? That can feel impossible. But I’m here to remind you: healing starts with you, Mama. And I’ll be here to help you find your “better than best,” so you can show up for yourself and for your family with strength, compassion, and intention. It’s always a true honor to work with mamas who understand the power of pouring into themselves in order to fully show up for the people they love. Thank you for being here—for yourself, and for your family. I can’t wait to witness your healing, your growth, and your flourishing. You’ve got this, Mama.

Kate Burks LMFT & Relationship Healer Licensed in Iowa + Illinois
Healthy relationships are fundamental to our well-being. And yet, relationships are hard! I am here to help you deepen and heal your marriage or relationship so that you can be the best version of yourself. In addition to couples, I enjoy working with teens and young adults and encouraging them to live more authentically. I love empowering young people to cope with the chaos of entering adulthood and eventually blossom into their most fulfilled selves. I take a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy, incorporating such frameworks as attachment theory, the Gottman method, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a strengths-based perspective. If meeting with me as a couple, you can count on me to hold you and your partner accountable while offering support and understanding to help you feel heard. My theory of change is that we live our fullest lives when we learn to wipe away the dust of self-doubt and get back in touch with our inherent worthiness, which has actually been there all along. Whether it's couple's therapy or individual therapy that you're looking for, I would be honored to walk that journey with you.
